Poor service
I bought 3 items from this company; I have not received the merchandise, and now I am getting two bills from Klarna for 120.00 dollars. There is no way to contact them. I have to go through a company called Just Answer, and I have to pay for that too.

Three weeks after ordering three items, they still have not arrived. Apparently, there is no phone number to call. They keep sending me emails saying the items will arrive soon, but they have not arrived.

next to impossible to contact. bottom line after a chat conversation was being asked for credit card number to pay a $5 fee to get information. *** no!
every single item was described inaccurately, sizing way off, and fabric quality miserable. customers beware!!

Verified ReviewerThere is NO Customer Service. It’s a chat that bounces you around going nowhere. The service number I got was not for Zolucky returns. The tops I ordered are ugly and the shoe sizes are not uniform.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Taking hours trying to communicate for a mis-sized top
They stop you from being able to reach customer service easily. They make it so hard to let them know I received a top that is mis-sized.
They want you to give up. I know because I already have 8-9 tops in the same style and size. I just want it replaced, as I cannot even give it away (cost was $32.55). It is sewn wrong, extremely smaller, and I am not spending more money to return it.
If they cannot replace it, then credit me. I will never do business with them again.

I have placed two orders, one on May 26 and one on June 12. Heck, I thought I had dreamed sending the first one since it had been so long.
Then, I send an email and received both orders in about three days. The first one had six items ordered - I received two items, neither of which were in the order. The second one had five items ordered.
I received four, one which was not in the order to begin with. I just want a refund on both orders.
