I can’t place an order. Starting on 2nd day. Can you assist me?
How do I get authorization for returning items that do not fit?
Ordered 7 items of clothing on Oct. 20 and just received them on Dec.
10. None of the items fit and I would like to return them and get my money refunded.
What if I don't have the original packaging except for the plastic bag that the sweatshirt came in?
I would not have thought I had to keep the mailing bag. Did I?
I don't have it, so am I not going to be able to get a refund? Also, it is very aggravating that that you claim to be for consumer rights and yet it is such a pain in the behind to get a refund.

How do I get return authorization?
Received order however order # is unclear on packing list and site won't allow request for return authorization without the number. I want to return items.
I ordered a top, size XL and it looked like a medium when it came.
How do I know what size to order or was this a mistake by the company? This also took weeks to arrive. Where is this company located?
