Zolucky.com is a scam clothing website I bought from recently.
I bought dresses and they said it was coming from China but the label on my package says it came from Delaware and the name is "Joe Doe", clearly fake. It took them 22 days for the package to arrive after I ordered too.
They charged me for $13.99 shipping saying it was coming from China.
Now I'm trying to return the package and they are saying I have to pay for shipping back to China even though the product is clearly not what I ordered.
In total I spent $56 for a pair of cheap dresses that you wouldn't buy together for even $10 and they are offering less than $10 as a refund, saying I have to pay shipping all the way to China if I want a full refund.
Additionally, their review section on the website doesn't even work as you can't put in a product or order number in order to actually leave a review on an item, so it's impossible to leave a bad review and all the good reviews are likely fake.
All the items have 5* reviews but they are all fake done by the company themselves most likely.
This place is a scam, don't buy here. I had to give one star when rating the company below, but they deserve 0 because they are a complete scam business.

Poor service
I bought 3 items from this company; I have not received the merchandise, and now I am getting two bills from Klarna for 120.00 dollars. There is no way to contact them. I have to go through a company called Just Answer, and I have to pay for that too.

Items have not arrived three weeks after ordering.
Three weeks after ordering three items, they still have not arrived. Apparently, there is no phone number to call. They keep sending me emails saying the items will arrive soon, but they have not arrived.

Verified ReviewerThere is NO Customer Service. It’s a chat that bounces you around going nowhere. The service number I got was not for Zolucky returns. The tops I ordered are ugly and the shoe sizes are not uniform.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Taking hours trying to communicate for a mis-sized top
They stop you from being able to reach customer service easily. They make it so hard to let them know I received a top that is mis-sized.
They want you to give up. I know because I already have 8-9 tops in the same style and size. I just want it replaced, as I cannot even give it away (cost was $32.55). It is sewn wrong, extremely smaller, and I am not spending more money to return it.
If they cannot replace it, then credit me. I will never do business with them again.

I have placed two orders, one on May 26 and one on June 12. Heck, I thought I had dreamed sending the first one since it had been so long.
Then, I send an email and received both orders in about three days. The first one had six items ordered - I received two items, neither of which were in the order. The second one had five items ordered.
I received four, one which was not in the order to begin with. I just want a refund on both orders.

This is the worst company to do a return. I will never buy from them again.
The top I purchased didn't look anything like the picture except for the buttons and color. Looked very cheap.
I feel like trying to return to all I got was the runaround. Never again!

Mine did come from China! Nothing fit because it was to small.
I emailed them and they said I could keep the clothing and they would give me 15% back. Well, that would have been about $15. When I went to send them back, it was going to cost me $68 dollars.
I decided to donate them to the church and learn a lesson not to buy from them again! Besides all but one dress was terrible material.
Never buy clothing from China. I am 5'7 and weigh 120lbs and was considered fat.
When I lived there shopped, I always had to buy the biggest size. I have a skirt right now marked XXXXXXL and I am a size 8.
$60 worth of shirts that were probably $1 to make..I wanted to return them but to return to China would be a lot of money..Nevver order from them again...Buyer Beware
Similar experience... bought a blouse, said cotton in the listing and it is cheap polyester.
Not even close to what I ordered. Even the design is different.
I would not have paid even $2 for this garbage! Will be donating it to Goodwill instead of dealing with their pathetic refund policy and cost of shipping it back.

Yup- just received a bunch of poorly made items that look nothing like the pictures. I had to wait 12 days to receive them and was so disappointed.
I want to return the lot but have read all these reviews that say it’s a nightmare getting your money back. Never again.

Don't order anything EVER from ZOLUCKY. I never received my order.....never received my refund....and can only warm people to stay clear of the evil site.
Oder was placed Oct. 20th 2021 and they said it was lost in the mail from China.
The refund was to be made over a month ago for $70. My lesson is to not trust mail order that you don't have a healthy connection to!

this is probably another facade for noracora, another chinese clothing company with long ship times and very poor quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHINA BUSINESSES. The refund process and inability to exchange alone is not worth it.

If the products I ordered are not what is pictured I will inform my financial institution.
All financial institutions have a policy about products not being what they were supposed to be. I have had to do this before when I bought a cat tree and received a bluetooth ear piece.
Horrible quality and wished I had read these reviews. They make it impossible to return anything as they are in China and the cost is on the consumer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I am so sorry I didn't do any research before ordering. I ordered in September (24th) and I still hav't received all of my order. And what I did receive wasn't very good quality.
