Frustration in trying to return an item!!!!!
- - The return requires an order number for a return auth, but the receipt is unreadable.
- - The order is not recognized after many attempts.
They want me to enter my order # to get a return auth number. BUT the print is so terrible on the receipt I cannot read it. I have tried endless times to no avail. Their system does not recognize my order.
My 30 days is almost up to return the item. I will not order from this company again.

I tried to initiate a simple return. After jumping through multiple irrelevant hoops, I was told I would be contacted by phone. This has not happened. I am giving up; will never order from them again.
The return process is unnecessarily convoluted, demands irrelevant information, and seems designed to foil attempts to get a refund. Not only will I never order from them again, I will tell every one of my friends about my disappointing experience. They need to take a lesson from Amazon in this regard.

I tried to reach zolucky on the web site and all that happened was running around in circles and to no avail.

I did a live chat with this company. it was a twisted novelette of nonsense.
do not use zolucky. they make it virtually impossible to return items.
a few days later I received a message from Zolucky "we regret to inform you the sale is over" I cannot find any way to get a refund as I was charged the full amount on my credit card.I was identified as "marlidog1943". How can I get my money back

Can't get instructions for returns
- - The items today are too small, and I need return instructions.
- - Original packaging is intact; the online chat runaround prevents resolution.
Have items I received today that are too small. I need instructions on how to return them.
Still in original packaging. I'm getting the runaround from online chat.
I paid with a debit card. I will ask the bank for an investigation if the issue is not resolved.

THEY ARE THIEVES
My order was never delivered, and the scammers refuse to refund my money. They say my order is now in New York. I get packages the next day from honest senders!

Impossible to return items!
- - Could not submit the return form for three items.
- - No phone contact; only a chatbot.
- - The reviewer says the company is terrible.
After going through the motions of filling out the form to return three items, I discovered that there was no way to submit the form. No way to call them, only access is through at chat bot that led me nowhere. Terrible company with substandard products!

Unable to contact customer service
- - The clothing received does not match online portrayals.
- - Refunds can't be processed; the order number won't link to my email and emails bounce.
Absolutely NOT! I will warn other shoppers, stay away from this company!
The clothing I received is nothing like what was portrayed on line. I want to return the items but am having no luck.
The order # is not 'Matching' up with my e-mail address and will not let me put in for a refund. I've tried e-mailing them and it 'bounces' back.
I have not been able to contact them at all. I will never do business with them again and surely do NOT recommend.

Was billed for merchandise and never received it.
I was directed to a help line that wanted to charge me $40 for them to try and help. This was directly on Zolucky’s page.There is no other option to get any info on my order. Plus I was charged for payment in Nov.
ordered back in November. Was told I would have merchandise by 12/12/2025.
Was billed for the items. cannot get a straight answer from company and have not received merchandise.

Cancel order
I ordered these Xmas leggings on Dec 7th. They have still not come.
It says they will arrive Dec 30th!! This is too late for Xmas wear.
Please cancel the order.

Resolved: Never got merchandise
