You can't talk to someone about returning items. I like your clothing but I received two pair of shoes and they don't fit. Also the dress I received does not fit right.

I need to return two items, but I can't get a return address or a phone number. Just Answer won't give me an address or phone number without payment.
Why is your company making things so difficult? I just need an address to return to. Please send me an address for returns. It's simple, otherwise, I'll go to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint!

Can't get in contact with company.
My order has the incorrect size and I have been trying to correct the size, but cannot reach anyone by text or email. You do not have a phone number so it is impossible to speak to someone.
You also have my name as the recipient of the items. Wrong name.
